Two months old!

Two. Months.

Sixty-one. Days.

Hold. Me.

You've learned how to stick out your tongue :-)
Cohen,

We have found you like music, not white noise, when you sleep.  Except for Hindemith, you seem to like anything we put on the iPod (funny enough, Hindemith isn't my favorite either)

You have one 5 hour stretch usually at night. A couple nights recently we've even gotten a 6 hour stretch! Thank. You. Lord.

You took your first car road trip. Take that Maui ;-)

You've grow too much. At your pediatrician appointment yesterday you were 12 lbs and 23.5 inches long. (still in the 50/60% for boys)  I packed up all your newborn clothes and you are fully in the 0-3 month.  Don't ask how many tears got packed in that tupperware container.  I still remember when the newborn size were huge on you!  You are fitting really well in your thirsties size one diapers, and the cloth diapers in general are fitting you better.

The fur-babies are warming up to you a bit more.  They only come close when you are sleeping ;-)

You are fitting into socks and shoes finally which is good because momma is all about the accessories.:-)

You have lots of spit up and are still pretty gassy.  The pediatrician things you have a milk allergy...so now I have to figure out how to eat diary AND gluten free.  You're worth this, right???  Someone send me some recipes!

You sleep most nights in your crib, but I use the pack in play for naps.

You've been all cuddles for the last week or so... then want to be left alone...you take after me.  I have only so much tolerance for being held, something your daddy hates!

We survived the dreaded 6 week growth spurt and still exclusively breastfeeding, although we are still really struggling with momma overproducing and causing your tummy to ache

The best thing this month is you have really started smiling at every chance you get, and you 'talk' back to us.  We have caught a couple giggles while you are dreaming, but none while you are awake.  We haven't been great at catching the grin on camera just yet.  You have performance anxiety....

Cohen, you are the best thing we have every done.

Blessings!
